If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign for the goods as damaged and get in contact with us to organize a refund/replacement within 24 hours after delivery. We will endeavor to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible. Please be aware that you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue before the refund/replacement can be processed.
To enquire about returning a product to our store, please contact the store. The customer will be responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our store within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the resalable items. A 30% Restocking charge will be applied. Note we do not accept back accessories suck as skirting ,scotia,underlay & floor profiles etc.
Changing your Mind
If you are not happy with your purchase. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our store and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded & restocking charge will be applied.
Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
We outsource our deliveries to local couriers services who will endeavour to deliver goods subject to available delivery slots. We will always try to get your goods delivered as soon as possible where stock is available. Please note during the current circumstances all home deliveries are kerbside and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.
