Damages / Incorrect Delivery
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods you will need to inform Ideal House within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Ideal House has a rapid stock turnover. To enquire about returning a product to our store, please contact the store. The customer will be responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our store within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the resalable items. Note,Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept returns at this moment in time.
Changing your Mind
The customer will have the right to return all non-perishable goods if they are not happy with their choice. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our store and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
We outsource our deliveries to local couriers services who will endeavour to deliver goods subject to available delivery slots. We will always try to get your goods delivered as soon as possible where stock is available. Please note during the current circumstances all home deliveries are kerbside and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.
